Shortly before turning himself into Toronto cops, Justin Bieber has released the video for his song “Confident,” featuring Chance the Rapper.

As a Bieber fan back to the days of the My World EP, he has got to get his act together. It’s really not funny at this point.

We laugh at Miley Cyrus because we know what she’s doing and why. Him? Not so much.

In better news, this its the VEVO debut for Chance the Rapper!
